He may be able to give you a list of addiction treatment centers in your area. You can also go to the nearest hospital and get recommendations from there. It's a good thing that you got your husband to finally agree to getting a treatment, although it's sad that it took a threat of divorce to make that happen. I hope he gets well soon. Good luck!
