Just stop buying it. Out of sight, out of mind. Maybe drink juice for a while for the sweetness, but limit yourself to one glass a day, the rest of the time, drink water. If you like the carbonation, buy some club soda and add to your favorite juice. It’s got the fizzies and the sweet…then slowly wean yourself off of it and just drink water. Maybe switch to tea.

You can always do what I did to break my habit. Buy some carbonated water and your favorite juice. Mix half of each in a glass when you get the craving for some bubbles!! lol!

Worked for me. !!! I am so on the opposite side of the scale now, I can’t even finish a can of soda… half of it sits in the fridge till it’s flat!

you can stop drinking colas when you realize that one stupid cola is equal in calories to a dinner. So in fact you are eating 2 dinners when you drink cola and that is greedy and going to certainly get you fat

You have to treat it like any other addiction, and quit cold turkey. Good luck. I’d have the same problem. Love the stuff.

Don’t buy any, leave change at home so you won’t be tempted to purchase them at work.
