   The local Mental Health department would have information regarding free drug rehab. The person may need to be admitted first to an emergency room of a county hospital (some states require medical clearance before admit.).

   Depending on what state your in depends on the help you can receive, there are free rehab’s for people with limited to No income. Here call the toll free number and see if they are in your area

   only rich and dumb people have to pay money to go to rehab.
