I wanted to open a drug rehab house for drug users. The houses are fully paid for, and I wanted to house the addicts there. My sister, who is an addiction counselor will be assisting me. As for me, I have an AAS, in law enforcement, a BS in criminal justice, and I ‘m working on a MBA. What all do I need?

It sounds like you forgot the main thing and that is to get an ACCOUNTANTso that you can sustain the places. You already have all you need except someone to do the money matter, it is nothing worst than a house promising a recovery and not being able to stay open to really help people. You need to set up the rents that the clients will be paying that will help them feel the self respect that they lost, food for nutrition, and last but not least medical resources and you are good to go. OH and pay your counselors real good because they will determined your successful measures. God Bless
